Hobbes Sunbathing
This is Hobbes. He is my best friend in the entire world of tigers and he is very creepy. He likes to creep up on people. Especially strangers. Beware the of tigers of friendship! He is very, very playful. He is very cuddly. He loves sitting on rocks in the sunshine. He enjoys the sunshine. He likes watching me splash around in the pond but he doesn’t go in because he doesn’t want to get wet.

Hope’s New Boots
I got new Muck boots. They keep out the water. I like the beach. I love my new boots. They are nice and water proof. We still have snow. I tried to go swimming yesterday. The water was very, very cold. I tried to float on the flutter board but got wet. It wouldn’t hold me up.

Fred Standing
Fred is a bouncy ferret. Fred is lighter than Georgia and their faces are different. Georgia has a mask. She has a surprised look.

Fred Wide Eyed
Fred is a sneaker. Here in the picture Fred is looking to sneak up on someone.

Fred and Georgia Cute-o’s
They are very sleepy ferrets just as well as bouncy.

Kavi Loves the Ferret Georgia
Crystal gave us the ferrets. I like them very much. Thank you Crystal!

Now is the time to make comments on the USDA’s National Animal Identification System (NAIS). For details see the original post on this which contains the links. If my math is right the comment period ends February 28th, 2007. Don’t miss it. Comment today!

Please pass this on. Tell your friends & family. Post a note on your blog. Post to discussion lists. Email to your lists. This is the end of an official comment period. Very important!

If you would like to add the NoNAIS.org logo to your blog, and there are many versions and sizes, then visit here to find out how. Sample code is given on that page.

Will’s Hair CutThis is an example of text wrapping around a photo for Betty. I used the style parameter of the img tag with it set to float:left;margin-right:5px like I emailed her. We’ll see if this works. The first thing I did in WordPress is to upload the file (choose file, enter title, description, press upload) and then I added this text and the style info to the img tag. Now I’m going to press “Save and Continue Editing” to see how it looks. This text should be wrapped around the little picture of Holly cutting Will’s hair in the kitchen of our farm house. Hmm… The new version of WordPress does auto saves I see…

And more over it worked on my own install. I’ve now had WP2.0 running for a month over on my own web server and it is working great. Thanks to everyone at WP!

Transitional testing has worked. The new WP2 importer for blogger is great. There is no title occassionally here on blogger. None this time. Great stuff happening over at NoNAIS.org my new WordPress 2 version of this site.

I’m also doing daily updates on my blog Sugar Mtn Farm as well.

Business stuff at BlackLightning and my wife Holly’s portrait gallery keep us busy too.

So, hop over to those and check them out as they are the new places I’m focusing on.

I may turn this into another blog. I’ve got other ideas. Stay tuned even if you aren’t reading this.
